Comes in set of 4 Tin Coated Aluminum BGA Ramsinks with 3m Thermal Adhesive tape inclued on the back of the ramsink. No need to buy expensive thermal adhesive to put them on!
These RAM sinks are 100% CNC machined from a solid block nickle plated (not extruded).
The surface is cut to a mirror-like finish.
Designed to cover both types of RAM chips (BGA DDR).
They are not too big, however, expanding over, to not leave any surface uncovered
Fits BGA RAM on ATI Radeon 9700,9800, Ti4400 & Ti4600 and all BGA video DDR RAM!
