Comes in set of 4. Nickle Plated Aluminum Ramsinks with 3m Thermal Adhesive tape inclued on the back of the ramsink. No need to buy expensive thermal adhesive to put them on!
These RAM sinks are 100% CNC machined from a solid block of 110 Aluminum and nickle plated (not extruded).
The surface is cut to a mirror-like finish.
Designed to cover both types of RAM chips (DDR & SDR).
They are not too big, however, expanding over, to not leave any surface uncovered
